Right now, I work in a very small company - there are only five of us full-time, which means I am:

• Software architect, designer, developer, tester, deployment manager, project manager, operations manager, tea maker, Drupal ninja-in-training, post fetcher and deliverer, researcher, DJ, PC support, and Christmas tree decorator

In the past I have worked in bigger places, where I've been one or more of all those jobs too (although usually not more than two or three at a time).
